The 45th Internship Year class in Dynamy’s history arrived on September 9th with students from across the country and globe. It’s a full class that arrived on a clear crisp early autumn morning. By that afternoon they had travelled up to the ropes course and cabin life on the campus of Cottage Hill Academy, enthusiastically jumping in to the get-to-know-you activities and climbing challenges that are a hallmark of our experiential learning approach.

After two days at the ropes course they headed up to the traditional Maine adventure challenge course, a formative and meaningful experience that alumni from all decades remember as a touchstone of their time here. They hiked mountains, canoed pristine lakes, climbed rocks, and learned to work together away from the hustle and distractions of everyday life.
